I have a collection of Alternative Thanksgiving Menus, so why not do the same for Christmas? My personal favorite is filet mignon, but you can certainly buy ribeye steaks (boneless or bone-in), sirloin steak, or even a flank steak, as long as you slice it against the grain so it is tender and juicy.
