Ambrosia is a fresh fruit salad, usually made with orange sections and with the addition of coconut and pecans. Vary the fruit if you like. Add some sliced apples or bananas.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

How to Make It

  1. Combine juice, orange sections, pineapple, and grapes in a serving bowl; stir gently to blend.
  2. Refrigerate until serving time.
  3. Fold in coconut and pecans just before serving.
