Ambrosia is a kind of fresh fruit salad, usually made with orange sections and with the addition of coconut and pecans.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

How to Make It

  1. Combine juice, orange sections, pineapple, and grapes in a serving bowl; stir gently to blend.
