This beef rib mop has the right amount of vinegar to keep the ribs tender and moist. It also has a slightly sweet but mildly spicy flavor, which will produce a tasty rack of beef ribs.

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (use more if preferred)

How to Make It

1. Mix spices, sugars, and salt in a nonreactive bowl.

2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.

3. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1 week at the most.
