If you can swing the steep price, you won't regret investing in a set of buttery-soft Cozy Earth's Bamboo Sheet Set. They're loomed from 100 percent bamboo-sourced viscose, a renewable resource with naturally cooling and thermo-regulating properties. In our product testing, the sheets stayed cool to the touch and did not wrinkle at all right out of the wash. These sheets were impressively soft after washing and had no wrinkles—even on the pillowcase! There were no loose seams–a sign of the sheets' durability–and maintained their silky shine out of the wash. We also noted that the set maintains its shape and softness, which earned it top marks from our team.

We like that Cozy Earth bedding carries multiple certifications, too. This includes OEKO-TEX, FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), and Ecocert. While this sheet set is undoubtedly expensive, it's a prime choice for hot sleepers and folks who get night sweats. We also appreciate that the fitted sheet has 20-inch pockets, so you can bet it'll fit any type of mattress. For shoppers on a budget, we recommend Bedsure Viscose from Bamboo Sheets Set. The viscose material makes it breathable yet absorbent, with natural temperature-regulating abilities. The bamboo rayon fabric also helps wick away moisture and is soft on even sensitive skin. Upon feeling these sheets firsthand, we loved the cool-to-the-touch smoothness right out of the package, and the cool temperature of the set was immediately obvious in our testing. While the texture of these sheets does make them prone to wrinkling, we felt that overall their softness really stood out.

These wallet-friendly sheets are incredibly soft with a smooth, silky texture. But unlike real silk, they're durable enough to be washed in a standard washing machine and tumble-dried on low heat (just expect some wrinkling post-wash). We also love the affordable price, particularly given the high-quality feel. Bedsure's sheets are a good price for a four-piece set, and they feel like luxury sheets at a low price.

It is worth noting, though, that these sheets do warm up as you lay on or under them. While they aren't as warm as cotton or percale sheets typically are, this bamboo set can run a little warmer than others on our list.

For those who run hot at night, consider a set of thermo-regulating Linenwalas Bamboo Sheets. This reasonably priced set earned a 4.8 overall score in our product testing, and we appreciated the cooling effect of the eco-friendly material. We found these bamboo sheets cold, not cool, to the touch–and they remained wonderfully cool even after we laid on the sheets to warm them up with body heat. The fabric is exceptionally breathable, and absorbent, too, a detail that helps it wick sweat away from your body while you sleep.

We also like that these Linenwalas sheets come in a wide color range, which includes 16 shades. You can opt for a neutral-hued set or something more eye-catching to suit your bedroom's style and aesthetic. Though this sheet set isn't dryer-friendly and is prone to wrinkling, the smooth sateen weave is resistant to pilling and actually gets softer with every wash. Ettitude's Signature Sateen Sheets earned a 4.4 overall score in our product testing, thanks to their wonderfully soft nature, their silk-like drape, and their design perks that made making the bed a breeze. Right out of the package, we loved the incredible softness of these sheets, and we were impressed by their excellent breathability. As we made the bed, we liked the drapiness of the silky weave, though we wished the sheets didn't require such delicate care–they can quickly wrinkle if not removed from the wash immediately, and they're more temperature sensitive than other options.

However, we also liked the sustainable materials used to create these sheets. The set is made of Ettitude's CleanBamboo fabric, a 100 percent bamboo-sourced lyocell that adjusts its temperature to keep you comfy and climate-controlled. According to the brand, the material is created using 500 times less water than cotton and produces about half as much carbon dioxide.

And when it comes to choosing You can choose from a range of colors, including everyday neutrals and chic hues like slate gray, moss green, and sage. We also appreciate the extra-deep, 17-inch fitted sheet.

We also appreciated that the 400-count is on the higher side for bamboo sheets.

These sheets are woven from 100 percent bamboo-sourced viscose. In addition to being supremely soft, they're notably breathable with sweat-wicking and thermal properties abilities to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We also loved how easy it is to make the bed with these soft and smooth sheets; you won't find yourself struggling to get the fitted sheet in place or wrestling the top sheet.

While we wish this bamboo set from Cariloha was more affordable, the sheets are easy to care for and durable, so you'll definitely get your money's worth. Just keep in mind that they are prone to wrinkling, so you won't want to let them linger in your dryer after washing. It's a small tradeoff for the impressive softness, though!
