A recent survey in the UK has revealed what the UK's Top 10 All-Time Favourite Supper dishes are.
Time and time again, the same dishes pop up on these food-favourite lists which are no surprise as they almost all tend to be classic dishes or ones that say comfort and home rather than gourmet and fancy. These are the dishes here in Britain we reach for when we are busy, have a hungry family to feed, or simply want a little food-cuddle.
Here are the top ten, starting with a curry. Almost any curry... could have made it to this list; we love curries in the UK. Thanks to diverse ethnic communities, that curry can come from any part of Asia, and we will still like it.
