7 Best Chicken Sandwich Recipes

Chicken sandwiches, like chicken salads, are classics. Whether you make them for a summer picnic, an easy lunch, or for your kid's lunch boxes, they are always in style. Since everybody loves chicken and it's so adaptable to any flavor or cuisine, you can make literally hundreds of varieties of chicken sandwiches. These are my seven favorites. You can vary the flavors, add more cheese or a different type, or use a completely different type of bread to create new favorites.

Make these easy...MORE sandwiches with rotisserie chickens, or use leftover cooked chicken. You can also cook the chicken especially for these sandwiches. Just bake a bunch at a time, let them cool, and take off the meat. Chop or shred the meat, and freeze it in freezer containers. The next time you want a sandwich, just take the frozen chicken out of the freezer, thaw it, and make one of these easy recipes. Then dig in.
