Upon arrival, the sheets were a bit stiff and coarse (which tends to be standard for linen in general). However, by the third or fourth wash, we noticed a significant shift, as the sheets felt softer and more luxurious. After making the bed, we were impressed with how casually elegant these sheets looked, as they fit securely and snugly without any issues. Even with some restless sleepers who toss and turn a bit in bed, the fitted sheet never came off the mattress.

The 100 percent French linen sheets have a medium weight to them and offer effective temperature-regulation properties, making these a great choice for year-round use. While the sheets were definitely cozy and will keep you warm at night, they provided enough breathability that can prevent overheating and regulate your body temperature. However, they might just be too heavy for some people to use as spring and summer approach.

After using these sheets for six weeks, we were impressed that they held up exceptionally well after multiple washes, with no visible signs of wear. And because of their sturdy construction, we suspect that these sheets will last you for quite a while, compared to more lightweight options. At $558 for a queen-sized set, these are definitely the most expensive sheets on this list.
