Right up there with your bedroom, the bathroom should be viewed as a sanctuary. It's where you start and end each day; preparing, unwinding, relaxing, taking care of yourself. Even on those days when you barely have time to glance at yourself in the mirror before running out the door, you want your bathroom to be an organized, welcoming, clean and soothing space.
Much of the job of creating your serene bathroom oasis starts with the foundation—tub or standing shower? One sink or two?—but accessories are what tie the whole room together and make it functional and beautiful.

Plush, fluffy towels, cozy robes and candles are just a few of the bathroom specialties you'll find from direct-to-consumer home company, Snowe. Their aesthetic is minimal and uncomplicated—everything is sold in shades of white, beige, grey and charcoal. That means you can mix and match if you want, and everything will still go together in a soothing, tonal look.

You can't argue with a classic, can you? We love that Macy's has been a reliable source for home goods (and of course, bathroom accessories) for decades. Each season brings new designer collections and fresh inspiration, and at the moment we're particularly enamored with Kate Spade's Deco Dot bath collection, which includes linens as well as countertop accessories like a toothbrush holder and waste bin.

We've been obsessed with Parachute Home since they first launched with their luxe-yet-affordable sheet sets, and have only grown more infatuated as they have launchd bath, kitchen and decor collections. Hooks, baskets, caddies, jars and waste baskets—and most finds are under $20, and everything is under $50. That means you can go for a full bathroom makeover without breaking the bank, or finish up your design efforts on a budget. Our favorite bathroom find from IKEA is actually their terrycloth bathrobe, it's just $15 and is as plush and comfortable as robes that cost 10x as much.

We love shopping from Wayfair, but the sheer number of products they have available can be overwhelming. That's why we love their "Room Ideas" feature which allows you to browse design ideas based on themes and trends. Each image is shoppable—you can purchase all the accessories you see! This makes it easier for those of us who aren't particularly design-savvy to select bathroom accessories that coordinate well.
