These buttery cookies are made with brown sugar and lots of chopped pecans.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture, blending well. Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 F for about 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
