Experience

Prior to The Spruce, Caroline worked in editorial for the home departments of Good Housekeeping, Woman’s Day, and Redbook magazines on both print and digital content, covering everything from the latest decor trends to the best cleaning hacks. She also wrote for Martha Stewart Weddings for a year and a half. Caroline is also currently the Associate Editorial Director for MyDomaine, The Spruce Pets, and The Spruce Crafts, all a part of the Dotdash Meredith family of brands.

In her current role as Associate Editorial Director, Caroline oversees evergreen content and strategy. She also contributes to news and trending content franchises.

Education

Caroline graduated summa cum laude from the University of Richmond with a degree in journalism and leadership studies in 2017. She also completed the post-graduate Columbia Publishing Course at Columbia University in 2017.
