Well, it's official - spring is here, and I for one couldn't be happier. I'm ready to open the windows, clean off the dust, and start celebrating the sunshine and warmth. When spring arrives, I want to spend as much time as possible outdoors. Being in Central PA, I've been stuck inside for most of these past few months so I'll use any excuse to get outside.
One of my favorite things to do at the end of a spring workday is hang out on my porch listening to favorite tunes and... sipping a cocktail. I think the warmer months allow for such easy entertaining. You just need a few nibbles made with fresh and flavorful ingredients, plus a seasonally appropriate cocktail, and you're set.
To help you with this process, I've rounded up 12 Cocktails for Spring Entertaining. Cheers to enjoying warmer weather and a cocktail on the porch!

Hibiscus Tea Sparkler
Hibiscus tea has become somewhat trendy on the cocktail scene. I've yet to try it, but this Hibiscus Iced Tea Sparkler from Diet Hood might be where I start. While this recipe is alcohol-free, a splash of vodka or gin would make this a fabulous spring cocktail.
