Courtney Shearer is an Award winning, Atlanta based Kitchen & Bath Designer who has been in the Interior Design Industry almost 7 years. She writes a weekly design blog called The Cow Spot where she details current projects, inspiration and design trends.
Courtney graduated from college in 2008 and jumped head first into the world of Kitchen & Bath design. Beginning her career in one of the nations toughest economic states was challenging, but the experience left Courtney with an understanding and commitment to the importance of designing a space to it's highest potential at any budget.
In 2011 she won the Calla Award for Large Kitchen and in 2013 was selected by the National Kitchen & Bath Association as one of the Industry's Top 30 under 30. Her design blog, The Cow Spot was a finalist for Best New Design Blog for the 2012 Design Bloggers Hall of Fame and was nominated for a Homie Award by Apartment Therapy in 2014.
Currently Courtney is the Design Sales/Manager and a Senior Designer for Bell Kitchen & Bath Studios.
Courtney attended the University of Georgia and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Furnishings and Interiors.
