Crispy Ranch Chicken is made with buttermilk ranch dressing mix, that adds a rich yet mild flavor to boneless skinless chicken breasts. This super simple recipe can be made by anyone - even people who have never cooked before!
You do need to follow a few rules for food safety. Always be careful with raw meat in the kitchen. Chicken can harbor bacteria, so it must be handled in a special way. Always wash your hands after touching raw chicken. Never rinse it before use; bacteria on the chicken can aerosolize and spread around your kitchen. And cook the chicken to 165°F as tested with a meat thermometer.
Having said all that, don't be scared! Just use a little care and you can make this recipe successfully.
Serve this tasty and moist chicken with some steamed asparagus or green beans, and a green salad tossed with sliced mushrooms. Iced tea or white wine would be a great accompaniment. Some simple cookies would be a wonderful dessert.
