    DIY Conversation Hearts Balloons Instructions

    • To create your conversation heart balloons purchase an assorted colored package of heart balloons in various pastel or red and pink shades. While assorted colors of heart balloons look best, a package of all red heart balloons will work too. To begin first inflate all the balloons, you can either do this yourself by blowing up all the balloons but if you wish them to float on their own you will need to get them inflated with helium either at a party...MORE store or by purchasing your own mini helium kit to use at home.
    • After you have inflated each balloon tie a knot to seal in the helium and tie a ribbon to a balloon that is between 4-5 feet long.
    • Using a black paint marker write a message in the center of each balloon, such as be mine, kiss me, you & me, xoxo, love you, sweet heart, only you, hot stuff etc.
