This is a great way to season your steaks with the flavors of chimichurri without having to make the sauce. 

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion (granulated)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make It

1. Combine mixture in a small bowl and use right away. Store mixture in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months after preparation.

2. If you are interested in using this mixture in a wet rub, mix rub with the juice of two limes and 1/4 cup of oil.
