This marinade is loaded with flavors perfect for making fajitas.  Though you can use any meat you want to, marinate beef the longest, poultry for at least 1 hour, and fish, seafood, vegetables, meat alternatives like tofu or seitan for 30 minutes.

What You'll Need

  • 1 12-ounce beer
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 large limes (juiced)
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mild chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make It

2. If making ahead of time, store in an airtight container in fridge for no more than one week after preparation.
