Easy homemade apple pancakes made the traditional way with milk, butter, eggs, flour, just a little bit of sugar, and a bit of grated apples mixed in. A great way to sneak a bit of fruit into your kids' breakfasts, and a great way to use up leftover apples that you have on hand. For an extra apple-y breakfast, serve them topped with applesauce!

Though the recipe calls for nutmeg, you could use cinnamon or even a touch of ginger, if you prefer.
