What You'll Need

  • 4 pork chops or cutlets
  • 4 cups sliced potatoes (about 1/4-inch thickness)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Arrange the pork chops over the potatoes.
