Wondering how to make the perfect homemade gourmet raspberry vinaigrette dressing? It's easier than you might think. Raspberry vinaigrette is so expensive at the store, and once you know how, it's very easy, and much fresher to make at home. It's a great example of why I almost never buy salad dressings at the grocery store (and why you shouldn't either!). Here's my favorite easy way to make raspberry vinaigrette.
Vibrant and colorful vegan raspberry vinaigrette is a easy yet elegant choice to serve on a nutty or fruity salad, and is a popular choice with a spinach salad. Many salad dressings add flavor through herbs or saltiness (or are artificially sweetened with a ton of high fructose corn syrup), so the tangy and slightly sweet taste of raspberry vinaigrette is a nice change. Toss a handful of cranberries, pine nuts or walnuts on your salad along with raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing for a sweet treat, or check out some more tips for making the perfect green salad.
- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Add all the ingredients, except oil to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Slowly add in the oil until well combined.
Transfer your salad dressing to a glass bottle for storage (I like to use mason jars), and shake it up just before serving.
