BBQ Brisket and Egg Breakfast Sandwich
This breakfast sandwich is serious. And I'm not even exaggerating when I say that. Sweet and tangy BBQ Brisket rests on top of a warm and buttery piece of Texas Toast. ANd on top of that lays a fried egg, cooked sunny side up, with some pickled red onion and a few springs of cilantro. When the egg yolk bursts, the rich creamy goodness fills up between the nooks and crannies of the brisket which basically makes you have a mouthgasm.
Can you imagine starting your day with this sandwich?... It's like completely insane, actually. I think it's what lumber jacks were made to eat.. or at least what they were made to want to eat. Serve this bad boy with a tall glass of orange juice, spiked with some champagne, and maybe some pickled jalapenos if you can stand the heat. Just make sure to invite a friend over to help you finish.

Airy fried pork rinds, sweet and tangy BBQ brisket, zesty Southern chow chow, bacon-infused gouda crisped up on a toasted English Muffin and a rich sunny-side up egg makes up this crazy Southern breakfast sandwich. It may look like something that was made on a late night munchy fest in a Frat house in South Georgia, but I assure you that this sandwich is more than a drunken mouthful. Serve alongside an ice cold brass monkey – that's a cocktail made with a 40 ounce of Old English mixed with... some fresh (or let's be real – boxed) orange juice and a couple of advil. Enjoy!Continue to 5 of 9 below.

A Bodega-Style Bacon, Egg + Cheese Sandwich
If you've lived in or have ever visited New York City, you're probably well aware of the plethora of bodegas that stud our streets. And sure, they may provide us with slightly chilled bottles of water on a hot as heck summer day, "aged" chocolate bars that have bloomed (yes, I didn't know this was a real thing until I moved up here), and of course -BODEGA CATS!
But our bodegas are more than that, they also help countless New Yorkers get breakfast on the run. These soggy yet... delicious kaiser bun sandwiches, filled with thin bacon, melty kraft singles, and scrambled eggs, cost $3 (and come with a small coffee and sometimes ketchup or hots auce!) and are a staple among us city dwellers.
The trick to making this authentic sandwich at home? Letting the sandwich sit in a tinfoil wrapper in a plastic bag or paper bag for a few minutes. It helps moisten up the bread and everything sort of gets all glued together.

This Southern breakfast grilled cheese is packed with sweet and salty flavors. Fenugreek gouda, which is studded with fenugreek seeds (typically used to mimic maple flavoring in generic store-bought syrups), melts like a charm and works perfectly for this breakfast sandwich. The soft scrambled eggs create an airy texture while the maple glazed ham and sourdough balance out the sweetness of this sandwich. It's one breakfast grilled cheese that will have you coming back for more.
