Erika Owen started writing for her high school paper and hasn't stopped thinking in headlines since. Through college, she ran a music website called Band Bombshell that covered local and international acts coming through Des Moines and found herself in New York City after graduation working for publications like Fast Company, GQ, Martha Stewart Living, Travel + Leisure, Bon Appétit, and Epicurious. Today, she runs audience development for Architectural Digest, while writing—mostly about Iceland—in her down time. Speaking of Iceland, if she's traveling, there's a good chance she's exploring new spots in Iceland ... or at least thinking about Iceland.
