15 Fat Burning Recipes for 2015

Healthy and Spicy Recipes to Kickstart Your Weight Loss

It's that time of the year again, when we promise ourselves we'll eat better and shed the extra holiday weight. (These recipes can really be eaten any time of the year when you're trying to watch your waistline.) I personally, do not like the word "diet" because as soon as people hear it they think they have to starve and deprive themselves of food. I'm not a Doctor but I do believe that starving and depriving ourselves only hurts our waistline and health in the end. The...MORE cliched saying that "moderation is key" couldn't be more true. Moderation combined with delicious healthy foods and plenty of exercise is what has always helped me in controlling my weight.

I don't deprive myself of the foods I love, I simply eat smaller servings and make sure to include plenty of metabolism boosting spicy foods. We've previously discussed the wonderful health benefits of eating spicy food (read the article her). These 15 fiery recipes will get you on a great path to a healthier and slimmer you. Enjoy and remember to share the heat and portions with others.
