Plant Proper Is My Go-to Online Plant Store—and Everything Is on Sale

It would be an understatement to say I love plants. I get to read about them all day as an editor at The Spruce, and I have upwards of 50 houseplants. My favorite place to get plants is Plant Proper, a houseplant grower that sells plants online.

The prices seem too good to be true, but the company is able to keep them low because they grow the plants themselves. Besides having the most reasonable prices I’ve ever seen, Plant Proper also has the most up-to-date collection out there. They sell trendy plants before they even become trendy. They had over a dozen types of hoya for sale on their website before they ever became cool.

The plants are delivered in just a few days with the option to add a warming pack to the box is you live in a cold climate. Their pots and soil are packed down tight with spaghum moss and tape so there’s never any moss when I open the box. The plants are completely healthy and look excellent.
