Cranberry Moscow Mules are even better than traditional Moscow Mules!  They are filled with spicy ginger beer, fresh squeezed lime juice, and homemade cranberry syrup.  They look festive and beautiful, are refreshing, and are super simple to whip together!  Make sure to pick your favorite ginger beer and a good quality vodka!  This is not a cocktail you want to make ahead of time, so mix it up right before you are ready to serve!

Who says margaritas are only for summer time? This winter margarita is full of the refreshing summer flavors with a little winter twist.  Cranberry juice brings a beautiful festive color to this cocktail. Freshly squeezed lime juice is a must.  I also love making the cranberry juice homemade, but you can of course use store bought cranberry juice too!  This is another cocktail that is super easy to turn into a mocktail!

Pomegranates are another delicious winter fruit.  This recipe is so simple, instead of regular orange juice, just replace it with pomegranate juice.  Add a splash (or two, or three!) of Prosecco or champagne and you've got yourself the quickest and easiest brunch cocktail you can possibly make!  Plus it looks pretty impressivE!  You can also add cranberry juice to a holiday mimosa bar!

    Blood Orange Sangria

    Leah Maroney

Blood oranges are in season in the winter time and they taste absolutely amazing in sangria.  They compliment the fruity flavors of a red wine and look beautiful in a pitcher.  This cocktail is best mixed well ahead of serving, that way the flavors can blend together!  The longer it sits, the better!
