Five Ingredient Fish Fillet Recipes

Fish filets are inexpensive, mild, and very quick cooking; perfect for last minute meals. These five ingredient fish fillet recipes are all so quick and easy. Since fish complements almost any cuisine, but are quite bland in and of themselves, these recipes are fairly highly seasoned. You can adjust the seasoning as you like.

Do not overcook filets. Under high heat, like on the grill or under the broiler, very thin filets will cook in about 2 to 3 minutes, so watch them carefully while they are cooking. All of these recipes are developed using the thin fish fillets common in the supermarket.

As always, my five ingredient recipes do not count water, flour, oil, salt, pepper, and other seasonings.
