Flavoring Mayonnaise from Bland to Fantastic

Mayonnaise is a universal condiment. It adds creaminess and moisture to sandwiches and burgers and so much more. But why stop with basic mayonnaise? There are so many ways to make it spicy, savory, sweet, salty, and just plain NOT plain. These ideas will turn that jar of mayo sitting in the refrigerator into the perfect topping for almost anything. Remember to blend well and cover tightly and to keep it cold until it is ready to serve. I recommend putting these in a fancy little jar because they...MORE deserve it and everyone will think you put a lot of time and energy into making them. All of these can be mixed up within minutes and prepared ahead of time so they are ready to be pulled out and impress.
