     The Fourth of July is commonly associated with barbecues and picnics, but that doesn't mean we can neglect the sweet side of things! Candy makes a great ending to a holiday feast, and this list of July 4th candy recipes is sure to spark some inspiration!

    One of my FAVORITE things to make every year are these Chocolate Firecrackers. They are so cute, and they look so much like real firecrackers! Enjoy them plain, or put them on top of cakes or cupcakes for a cute July 4th decoration.

    Oh say can you see? These Fourth of July Truffles are perfect for any holiday gathering! They start with a filling of rich, creamy white chocolate ganache, and then I add an irresponsible amount of red, white, and blue jimmies to both the inside AND the outside of the truffles. There's a party in every bite!

    I love a candy that comes together in 5 minutes. And if it tricks me into thinking I'm eating something healthy...well, all the better! These Red, White, and Blue Strawberries are a variation on chocolate-dipped strawberries. They only takes a few minutes, and the red, white, and blue berries will add instant cheer!

    Exploding Truffles literally pop in your mouth! Pop Rocks candy is combined with chocolate ganache to produce unique truffles that are a real blast to eat. The combination of chocolate with popping candy is unusual, but it adds a fun, playful element to the truffles that I really enjoy.
