A stint at CITY Magazine helped school him in luxury lifestyle, gear, fashion, culture, and travel coverage, something that served him well at Refinery29, Details, Nylon, and other publications. Editorial positions at Salon.com and Vocativ have proven he's just as capable at hard news, political, and entertainment coverage.
Gabriel has his bachelor’s in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
