Black & Decker Electromate TM 250 Jump-Starter
I have bought a number of jump starter batteries over the years, but this is the best one I have seen. Not only does it give you 300 amps of starting power, but attach it to the battery and plug in the Electromate, and you can recharge your dead battery overnight. It also has a good work light for connecting to the battery in the dark. This is the best of the best for the price.

OK...maybe this is more for bikers, but I loved the idea. This sleeve has traditional biker tattoos on it and can just slip on over his arms. All the fun of tattoos with none of the long term risks and expenses. If your dad has always wanted the best of tattoos but hasn't been willing to take the jump, this might be just the thing.
