What You'll Need

  • 2 cups brown rice flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons Splenda
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup milk

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat egg. Add milk and oil. Mix together well. Add remaining ingredients and mix about 1 mix for one minute.
  3. Fill lightly oiled muffin tins 3/4 full. Place in oven for 25 to 28 minutes.
