Great Fruit Smoothies For Summer Sipping

When the temperature rises, most of us start reaching for lighter, cooler foods. While I don't recommend smoothies as a permanent or long term solution for meal replacement, they can be absolutely wonderful as an occasional answer to breakfast and pre or post workout fuel. The fruit smoothies that follow are all vegan and contain no added sweeteners; many contain highly nutritious superfood ingredients. They are designed to serve our bodies as well as our palates and taste-good buds!
