This grilled pork tenderloin slow roasts on the grill as you brush it down with a tangy Hawaiian-style sauce. Top it off with grilled veggies and you've got a delicious meal.

What You'll Need

  • 3 pounds/1.3 kg pork tenderloin
  • 1 quart/.95 L reduced pork broth (chicken stock works too)
  • 1/2 cup/120 mL brown mustard
  • 1/2 cup/120 mL yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons/30 mL horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons/30 mL ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon/30 mL brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons/30 mL honey
  • 2 cloves​ garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon/2.5 mL teaspoon salt
  • Dash black pepper

How to Make It

In a saucepan, add broth, brown and yellow mustard, honey, horse- radish, ketchup, brown sugar and garlic. Simmer on low and reduce mixture. Should take on a barbecue sauce consistency.

Preheat the grill for medium heat.  Season meat with salt and black pepper. Grill pork tenderloin, turning to prevent burning.  Reduce heat to low and brush sauce over the meat every 10-15 minutes of cook time. Keep a close eye on the tenderloin to making sure that pork doesn't burn.

Grill for pork for up to 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F/60 degrees C. Cover pork and allow to rest for 10 minutes Grill pineapple during last 5 to 10 minutes of the cooking time and serve with the meat.
