There isn't a better time to buy a gas grill than the middle of winter. Selection might be a little limited at your nearby stores, but they are always available online these days and the prices are generally very good. The end of the year is closeout season and while it might be cold outside a serious griller won't be stopped by a little snow. Plus, it will be ready and available on the first warm day of the Spring.

What pizza needs is high dry heat, and a smoky environment. I've talked about grilling pizza before, but now I'm talking about an accessory that will take pizza to a whole new level.
