How to Begin
Please use these instructions simply as a guideline to make an adorable penguin craft that is all your own. Use your imagination and whatever craft supplies you have to design your own unique penguin. There is no right or wrong way to make one. Instead of using paper, you can even use felt or craft foam. Try making a purple penguin or a bright blue penguin.
To make the heart penguin, start by cutting an egg shape out of black construction paper to make his body. I cut a heart shape out a white piece of paper. You want the heart to be a little taller and thinner so it fits inside the egg shape. Trim the heart down until you are satisfied with how it fits into the penguin's body. Glue the heart to the body using the picture as a guideline.
Cut three small hearts out of orange construction paper. You will want one to be slightly smaller than the other two. Glue the smaller heart onto the white heart to be the penguin's beak. Glue the other two hearts near the bottom of the black oval to be the penguin's feet. Finally, glue on the two wiggle eyes.Continue to 4 of 4 below.
