Herb Seafood Sauce

This creamy herb sauce can be served with fish and seafood dishes. It's made by adding fresh herbs to a basic White Wine Sauce.

Note: This recipe calls for fresh parsley, chives and tarragon. If you don't have those, use whatever herbs you have as long as they're fresh, not dried.

How to Make It

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat bring the White Wine Sauce to a simmer. Stir in the fresh herbs and serve right away.
Makes about 2 cups of Herb Seafood Sauce.
