Imagine working in a place where everyone loves to go. You'd be surrounded by people who are motivated to make a difference in the world. Everyone is helpful and open to bouncing ideas off one another. And all of this comes with free coffee, water, and beer.

You'll be happy to learn that such a place exists.  WeWork is a fast-growing start-up building co-working spaces across the world. As of today, there are 100,000 members working in (almost) 200 offices across 26 countries.

Think of WeWork spaces as a beautifully designed hotel that you love to visit because of the atmosphere. People like entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, or small businesses have happily joined this shared community and you could, too.

Here's how you can set up a WeWork space.

Select Which Plan Fits Your Needs

WeWork offers four different plans to fit your business needs.

Instead of setting up shop in a coffee shop invest in the On-Demand Plan. You'll have access to the WeWork open space area and strong wi-fi for the day. The open space looks like many tables just waiting for you to set up shop. If you need a quiet space to make a call you can use a phone booth. Although there may be noise this is a great solution if you are a business traveler or just need to get out of the house a few times per month.

Do you need space for more than a week per month? The next plan is called Hot Desk. You'll be guaranteed a spot at one location.

You get the same office perks and access to the private phone booths.

If you don't want to carry your laptop into your WeWork office every day, lease a desk with the Dedicated Desk plan. With this plan, you'll be assigned the same desk every day. Your things will be locked to your desk and you'll also get types of furniture such as a chair, lamp, trash can, and filing cabinet.

Also included are printing, mail and package services.

The last plan is for small companies looking for a permanent office and is called the Private Office plan. You'll receive a room key that will lock up your office at the end of the day. The glass-walled office can fit up to 100 employees and includes all the furnishings you need as well as the printing, mail and package services. This is a great option if you don't want to check out office space, invest in furniture and set up an office on your own.

Find Out What You'll Get For Your Investment

The pictures of WeWork offices don't do the office justice. The open space and cool architecture give off a funky and creative vibe. With any WeWork plan, you'll have access to the kitchen area which has coffee, tea, fruit water, craft beer on tap, a snack machine, and use of their fridge and freezer.

90% of the office is office space and 10% is open space. You will get about 50sq feet of work space in addition to the open spaces. The idea is that even though your space may be small, you go there for the community. Sort of like when you're in the office, you like it there because of some of the people. At WeWork, it's a group of like-minded people trying to create something bigger than themselves.

This is motivating and pushes you to work harder.

When you invest in a plan you also must pay a security deposit (which you get back when you leave). Also, there is no yearly subscription. They offer their plans on a month-by-month basis to be as flexible as you are. If you need to lease more space you can upgrade quickly, but if you need to shrink WeWork asks that you give them a calendar month notice. So if you decide on the 15th of the month you need to downgrade you'll be able to do so at the end of the month.

Some more perks WeWork offers is through their online store called WeWork Service Store. This offer is meant for companies with less than 100 employees. The store groups together service packages and offers them at a discount. There more popular applications are Slack, Microsoft Office and SalesForce.

Before you invest in WeWork be sure to visit their location. Is the noise factor bothersome? Do you get a good vibe from the people there? You're going to be spending a lot of time there so a visit will help you decide if you want to be there or just stay at home.

Here's The Main Reason WeWork Members Love Their Office

The number one reason WeWork members are happy with their investment is that the community is amazing. It's all about the people. WeWork's community mission is, "To create a world where people work to make a life, not just a living." Their office spaces are beautiful but a cool look wasn't their goal, it was building a unique strong community. Any YouTube review will say what people are amazed by is the people that occupy these hip places.

To help enhance the community WeWork puts on events during the week like donut Mondays, a visit from a massage therapist and weekly happy hours. They also offer lunch and learns for you learn more about business topics. WeWork has industry leaders and investors available because they want to see you succeed. That is what their community is all about. Helping you succeed at making a difference in the world.
