Tips and Variations
- Top the whipped topping with grated chocolate and toasted nuts or coconut.

"I made this recipe and I can't say enough good things about it. It's easy to make and can be varied in so many different ways. The first time I made it, I stuck right to the recipe. The second time I made it, I made it for a dish to pass at work. I felt that alcohol in a dish for work was not appropriate, so I used strong coffee instead. I could taste the difference, but it was still just as good." — Tammy
"I use chocolate chunk brownies instead of chocolate cake. I also combine the Kahlua and pudding together. The ONLY bad thing — there's NEVER enough because it's ALWAYS the FIRST to go!!" — E.W.
"This was great; everyone said not to lose the recipe. I put the Kahlua in the pudding as suggested in another review. I felt I was half way to a Black Forest cake so I threw in a can of cherry pie filling. Awesome!" — W.G.
"This dessert is wonderful. I love it because I can make this at least one day in advance. I personally think it is better if it sits overnight. It is simple to prepare and not top hard on the pocket book except for the Kahlua. I have tried other candy instead of SKOR, because they are hard to find sometimes and it is just not the same. This is one of my go-to recipes." — L.F.
