Katherine (Katie) Pittman has more than five years experience in lifestyle and digital media. She started writing for MyDomaine in March, 2021.

Previously, Katie was the executive assistant to the editor-in-chief of O, The Oprah Magazine. There, she not only assisted with administrative duties, but also contributed to the monthly magazine and website. At the beginning of her writing career, Katie worked at Byrdie as an update and SEO editor, ensuring all stories were up to date and optimized for peak performance online. She found her passion for lifestyle, beauty, and fashion during her time as a writer and editor of Thread magazine, a student publication based in Athens, Ohio. Katie has a B.S. in Journalism and a B.A. in Spanish from Ohio University. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her dog, Olive, and over 50 plants.
