This flavorful tater tot casserole is easy to prepare and cook in the slow cooker or oven.

What You'll Need

  • 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 bag Tater Tots (32 ounces)
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables - cooked (about 16 ounces)
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) of cream soup (mushroom - celery, take your pick)*

How to Make It

  1. Mix the browned hamburger, 1/2 bag of Tater Tots, cooked veggies, and soup.
  2. Spoon into a greased baking dish or buttered slow cooker insert.
  3. Layer the remaining Tater Tots on top and there you have it.
  4. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350°  for about 50 to 60 minutes; remove foil and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes. Or, put in the slow cooker and let it go on low for a few hours [5 to 7 hours or about 3 hours on high].

    Note: Use two cans soup - if it looks dry add another can of soup.
