Whenever we are invited to a potluck, I am asked to bring this salad. For a Sabbath or holiday meal, this can be served as an appetizer. Given the sugar content in the dressing, this salad isn't the healthiest one you can serve, but this salad's great taste simply can't be topped.

This Spinach Strawberry Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing is a refreshing summer salad. For a more festive salad, add either sliced purple onion or slivered almonds.
4. Greek Salad (Dairy):

Her Kosher Chef's Salad tastes wonderful, and it makes the perfect appetizer for a Sabbath meal. Mix the salad right before the meal and serve portions on individual plates. Easy and delicious!
