Laura spent over seven years as the editor-in-chief of Tails Pet Magazine, a Chicago-based pet publication focused on animal rescue and pets as part of the family. She previously served as an associate editor for Chicago Health Magazine, and has been a freelance writer for almost a decade.
Laura graduated from DePaul University in Chicago.
She completed a writing internship with The Daily Muse (now The Muse) and went on to become the editor of Tails Pet Magazine.
