Lemon-White Wine Marinade

This crisp and refreshing lemon and white wine marinade work really well on fish or chicken.

What You'll Need

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon thyme (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary (fresh)
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients until mixed well. Use right away or place in airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Marinate chicken pieces for 1-2 hours, pork for 4 hours, and seafood for 15-20 minutes at most.
