What You'll Need

  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 packages sugar substitute

How to Make It

  1. Before dinner mix all ingredients together
  2. Divide into separate serving bowls (ingredients for 2 servings)
  3. Chill before serving.
