Lisa Jo Lupo wrote about pest control issues for The Spruce from 2011 to 2016 and has more than 25 years of experience in the pest control industry. She also was editor of The Service Technician's Field Manual and Study Guide, The Service Technician's Inspection and Identification Manual and Study Guide, and PCT Guide to Commercial Pest Management, and co-editor of the fourth edition of the PCT Technician's Handbook.
