You've gotta love some frozen treats in the hot summer months. Even when you've just started going sugar free it's not a treat you need to avoid. You can make sorbet without sugar and it's just as tasty. Make it for guests and they won't even notice it's made with sugar free sweetners. Most sorbet's contain some form of natural sugar being from fruit but a couple of recipes here have no natural sugar at all such as the chocolate sorbet and the orange sorbet.
Choosing... desserts that are made with natural sugars in fruit may or may not derail your sugar free life style. As long as I limit my consumption, fruit sugars do not cause me to crave other sugars. I eat about 1-2 servings of fruit a day without issue.
Whichever ones you decide to make you can always switch out the sweetener to your favorite sweetener of choice. I love using liquid stevia but Erythritol is also a great option. If you are dairy free you will not need to worry with any of these recipes as they are all made without dairy.
