As a first generation Greek-American, Lynn learned to make the traditional food of Greece in the kitchen beside her mother, grandmother, and aunts. Fluent in Greek, she has traveled to Greece since childhood, absorbing the culture and the tastes firsthand.
Lynn earned a Bachelors Degree in English from the State University of New York at Albany, and enjoyed a career in the Advertising industry for many years. At the same time, she maintained her passion for food and a profound love of cooking. Eventually, she was able to turn her focus to the culinary arts full-time.
Lynn received her culinary training at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, Illinois. She teaches Greek Cooking classes and enjoys leading cooking demonstrations at culinary stores and cultural festivals.
