I love peanut butter. I bet a week doesn't go by that I don't eat peanut butter at least once. Besides eating it, I love desserts made with peanut butter, too.

Pound Cakes are aptly named as the ingredients in the original recipes were composed of each flour, sugar, butter and eggs. Keep a pound cake in the freezer, and you'll always be able to have dessert. It doesn't matter whether it's served alone or with fruit and whipped cream.

March 6 - Happy Birthday Oreos!
Today in 1912 the first Oreo was made. Since then the "Oreo brand is the world's top selling cookie"*. Personally, I know that I just keep a package of Oreos around in the house. They get eaten pretty quickly. Although, the original Oreos are my favorite. My next favorite are the Mint ones. You can only get them at Christmas.
