Before moving to New York City, she worked as the digital content manager and assistant planner at Kelsey Timberlake Events, a wedding planning company in Portland, Oregon. She also ran the social media accounts for West Elm in Portland, Oregon.

Though she hails from the West Coast, she now resides in Bath, UK writing and focusing on launching a footwear brand.
