This is a delicious casserole, and it's easy to prepare and bake. You can also add finely chopped onion and green bell pepper for an extra layer of flavor.

What You'll Need

  • 16 oz. can cream style corn
  • 18 soda crackers (crushed)
  • 1 egg
  • Splash milk, just to moisten
  • Salt to taste

How to Make It

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Put into a greased casserole dish. Dot with butter.
  3. Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour, or until set.
