    The narrow hallway in this Denver, Colorado home got a massive upgrade by the contractors at Factor Design Build. They specialize in restoring old properties. A small recessed area was transformed into mudroom thanks to a custom mudroom bench loaded with hooks and cubbies. Beadboard paneling painted a pretty shade of blue worked with the abode's original historic character. Under the seat are storage baskets for shoes, sneakers, and boots. The upper shelf creates a spot to store seasonal items until they are needed.
